Mental health support
Mental Health, including our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, is crucial for every one of us.
People might think that depression and suicide are far away from us, but that is simply not true. Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death and takes over nearly 6,241 lives of teenagers each year in the US.
Furthermore, one out of five teens report to have experienced depression at least one time before they reach adulthood.
The cause of depression can be varied from schoolwork, social relations, family influence, and much more.
We aim to provide solid and professional support to aid teenagers through this challenging period of life.
